Common things

I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
I want to delete my account. Profile → Delete account in the app, or the account page in the owner portal. It is immediate and permanent.
A listing is wrong, or the owner didn't respond. Tell us which property and we'll chase it or take it down.
I own a property and want to be listed. Start at stae.io/host — it's free. If a listing for your property already exists, you can claim it from the portal.
How do I book? You don't book through Stae. Tap the WhatsApp button on a stay and arrange it directly with the owner.

If a listing is fraudulent, or someone has misused your details, write to hello@stae.io with "Urgent" in the subject line.
